just wondered if anyone has delt with this wheel refurb company based in scotland?

because ive never met such a unprofessional slimey ponce in all my life.
at present my blood is boiling cause of this ar5ehole. i sent two oz wheels off to him to be refurbed, as he said he'd have em back to me within 2 weeks......anyway 10 weeks later 20 emails, and 10 answerphone messages- nothing.
im wondering if anyone else has delt with him as he was recomended by a member on here.
anyway little does he know that my mrs works for the trading standards
