Bought my overhalf the overweek a mint white 1.4lx Sunny with the intention of doing a gtir rep for her, everything is fine apart from its a non power streeing model and is way to heavy for her even with standard wheels on 155 width
. ive pumped them up to 38psi just to try and make it lighter but to be honest its bit stiff for me aswell, ive had r5gt that didnt have it and they werent this bad, any surgestions??

Apart from the obvious one; put a power steering rack in? - Probably not especially cheap or easy, but I think I could do it, so it can't be that hard; you could even fit an electric pump so that it doesn't steal power from that lump.
Maybe get the alignment checked; that could make it feel heavy... and failing that I recommend bicep curls to build-up some strength to turn the wheel!

An electric steering pump of a Saxo are a popular option for cars without powered steering
