AFM Volts.

Hi all

Wonder if any body can help 2 wires touch on the AFM causing the car to run like a bag of spanners (over Fueling greatley)i have fault code 12 AFM circuit.

When plug C is conected it send back a 12v single causing the over fuel. we have tried a second AFM but still got the same readings.

Wondering if anybody else as had this and also if sombody could check there resistance with the car running.

I had a similar problem last year. The car would run like a bag of crap, chuck out black smoke, and not rev over 3k. I was getting fault code 12 so i tried changing the airflow meter and checked all the wiring but it still didnt cure the problem

It turned out to be a blown track inside the ecu
