my pulsar is over boosting as it is standard and going to 1.5 2 br not sure if vacuum pipes on right way any advice

hi i would check for any split pipes or pipes come off going to your actuator and check the operation of the wastegate and actuator

Check the hose that goes under the top mount. It's not uncommon for this to have been removed. It splits in 2 there and joined to a metal pipe.
