Right, im looking at getting an SR engine bored..

Anyone know anyone whos worked on these engines, in the north west?

Want to get it bored to 90mm or 92mm, for which a torque plate will be needed.

If not in the north, then anywhere, but they have to have done these engines before?

Are you using darton liners for 90mm? I don't think you can just bore the block that much without the liners.

Try Norris designs, not cheap but if they can't do it they might know who can.

good luck with a 92mm bore....you'll need it. And if you go 90mm don't use the darton liners as they are a very poor design for the gtir block You are better of with jun or similar for them.

Agreed, I've seen and read nothing but problems about the Darton liners with the SR20 block
