right hopefully a simple one, jus wanted to post some pics of my cAR UP but it says they are to large. Being quite new to the whole 'digital' thing i have not got a clue tried to the other night and jus destroyed what was a lovely pic of my car!! your advise is much appreciated.

Keep them under 800pixels wide

Open it up in Paint, the resize it to about 40% of its size (both horizontal and vertical), and resave it. This will get you close to the maximum allowable size. Just keep playing with the size til you're happy and its under the limit.
