Can JIC coilovers be fixed ?

I have a set of top mount coilovers from JIC and i think that the oil is lealing out of them

My question is can they be refilled and who dose this :?: or is there some where i can buy inserts :?:

my teins had to be sent back to japan for this :? 7 week turnaround.

I think i have found a place in the UK which will recon them. I've sent them an email so will let you know what happens
