car doesnt start easy when worm???? help

my r is a bag full of trubble at mo, this is my second and needs love so sory about asking for all this help

car starts first time every time when cold but if its slightly worm it turns over for ages then starts to fire then i have to keep reving while it pops and splutters then it finaly runs

also idles about 1200 rpm and smells rich all the time
fault code as in other post 13 temp sensor, is this connected< cheers

Yes.

Chances are the ECU thinks the engine is cold all the time due to a faulty sensor or assosciated wiring problem. Hence it will run you at fast idle and add extra fuel until it thinks you are warmed up.

Sort the temp sensor problem and hopefully you'll start running properly.

I'm not sure if it would stop it starting totally. I suggest you sort this and see if it does.
If it doesn't, then do another fault code check to make sure there isn't anything else.
