Car wont start! :(

Hey all, righty car was fine last night and I got up this morning and the car wont start! just get a load of clicks from the controllers so I think its a dead batt but when I attach my charger it says the battery is full!!! tried to jump start it with no luck! help! []

Could be the starter motor Nick[?] Sounds just like mine.
Every thing works on the car ie lights,radio ect ect but when you go to turn it over you get nothing apart from clicking noise near fuse's.
If it is the starter then its a pain of a job, either engine out or remove plenum ect ect.

Thanks for the reply Gaz but the starter motors fine! been out got a new exidy Jap battery @ £47.50 OUCH and changed them over. cars purrrrrrrrfect again []!
