My R's cat has failed internally, and sounds like an angry bee in a biscuit tin - a real head-turner, for all the wrong reasons! :oops:

As I'm not really willing to de-cat my R, does anybody know if there's a pattern cat available? Or maybe the R's cat is shared with another model?

Nissan want the best part of 500 quid fitted, and that's with a 30 day lead time... :?

Have a look in the for sale section. Bound to be a second hand one in there. Either that or you could get a race cat. Do a search on the web for companies who sell them.
Just out of interest, what year is your car ? If it's older than August 1992 i.e. a J reg, then it doesn't need a cat anyway :wink:

somone posted for the same thing about a day ago, and a couple were offered free of charge.. do a search mate ;)
