what chip or uprated ecu should i buy if im gona be running 300bhp? cheers ell

None.

Can be done with a dawes device.
Boost Controller
Air Fuel Controller and Boost Controller
1 bar loop if you're really cheap.

Any of the above options really.

300bhp = Full Exhaust, induction kit, uprated clutch, front mount, colder plugs, boost controller (ideally), fuel pump, and a decent map at around 1-1.1 bar.

cheerz, think my pulsar maybe still limited though the rev limiter kicks in at 5 and a half k in fourth and 5th, the guy that i bought the ar off had it running bought 350 or so i heard but took all the good bits off before i bought it

There is no rev limiter on a Pulsar. If it's still restricted from when it was imported, it will be limited to 112 mph (180 kph), regardless of gear.

Get it looked at. Sounds like it's shagged.

got it looked at the chip that converts kmh to mph was knackerd, got a new one now and shes all good!
