clutch adjusting and bleeding help

is there anyway of adjusting the clutch ??
can it be done on the rod to the clutch master cylyinder ?? if so how do i do this ? and is this the only way ?
whats the best way of bleeding the hole system up :?

Yes, there's a nut (2 actually, 1 lock) on the push rod. It's a bitch to do though.

while adjusting the master rod expect to swear alot and absolutely kill your knuckles...

bleed the clutch by getting someone to pump the pedal a few times and then hold. then undo the bleed valve and do it up a again.

do that a few times.

i think were having the same problems dude if i get it sorted i'll let u know.
hopefully after you adjust it... yours doesnt drop down again like mine did :?

if you loosing your pedal, you must have a leak and drawing in air. possile yor slave cylinder....
