Clutch and gearbox woe :(

Well, i abused it and she let go.

spent the whole of last week changing the clutch and now she back on the road, but just not the same...
and i can't figure out what is up.

when i go to press down the clutch i can feel it pulsating i just can't figure out what i did wrong, so im going to bleed the clutch again today and see if it helps.
I really hope i dont have to drop the engine again :shock:

The more worrying thing is that if i try go into second gear from first without waiting for about a second, it will crunch. Seems like i broke the synchro when the clutch let go?

any advice would be well appreciated. i just dont want to drive it without knowing for sure whats gone wrong :?

Did you skim the fly wheel :?: As this could be why your clutch pedal is pulsateing :!:

yeap... the place where i got my new clutch did it for no extra charge too, nice blokes

also thinking my input shaft bearing is playing up... aaarrghhh!

try adjusting the pedal out it may be pushing to far against the clutch cover
