when the car is driven for like a day and i drive it afterwards the clutch pedal would engage very low to the ground..........and as i continue to drive it, it would sought itself out..........and then sometimes it would hesitate to come right up..............i've changed: clutch/brake line, seals in the master/slave cylinder............what's the problem????..........cause this makes it very difficult to change gears sometime when it's low....

It sounds like a fluid pressure problem but you seem to have covered all the areas of the system.
What condition is the fluid in have you tried bleeding thro make sure its ok?

might also be worth checking the box section that the pedal pivots on is not sheering from the bulk head.. you may hear a creaking sound on depressing it.

also worth looking at the clutch fork, does it make any sound, is it properly lubricated with copperslip at the pivot point.

hope this helps.
