INSTALLING THE CLUTCH SUPPORT BRACKET

USE THIS INFO WITH THE PICTURES SUPPLIED

TOOLS YOU WILL NEED
1 x 12mm OPEN ENDED SPANNER
1 x 14mm OPEN ENDED OR RING SPANNER
Alternatively if you have a socket set then have the
same size sockets ready.

  1. From the drivers side of the car, pull the drivers seat right back, now you have to get your head right in the drivers footwell and look up to the top of the clutch pedal.
  2. Now undo the lock nut on the CA BOLT (Clutch adjustment bolt) and remove the bolt. Now remove the SCS NUT (Steering column support nut).
  3. Taking note of the positioning of the bracket in the photo C, attach the bracket at the CA BOLT end first. Once the thread of the bolt has caught, but not tight, swivel the bracket round so the other end fits over the SCS stud. Then locate the SCS nut to the stud and tighten.
  4. Now tighten the CA BOLT down to the point where it touches the

Carl mate I don't care where they fit them as long as they keep buying them

Remember I have been making then for 3.5 years now

The rush has definately passed now though, 2 years ago I would have sold at least 10 - 12 over a weekend like this but these days I prolly sell 2 a week if I'm lucky but they are still selling and supplying me with a bit of mod money.
