what is the best connecting rods with arias or je pistons??

i was going to buy cowler rods but decided to stick with standard for now but ive herd these are top, egle as far as i know are for the 200 sx and are not really worth using.

You can use Eagle in the GTiR... You can use any of the above...

Eagle, Tomei, Jun are all Forged Rods...

I personally am using Crower Billet Steel Rods...

they need machining as far as i know as there made for 17mm crank journals not 19mm for gtir cranks

Or just use the 17mm bearing...

What power are you trying to achieve?

If your not going 450 plus, i would use standard rods. That's what i'm using in mine with 87mm JE pistons.
 
i want use 87mm JE piston and pauter rods for arrive at 450hp...
what is the 0-60 with 450hp??
what gearbox i can use??

iv used eagle rods be for had them machined only cost £30 but strd 1s are strong to if u use arp bolts as its not the rod which brakes its the bolts

As a discussion....I heard that you can also use the standard con rods...as they are capable of handling big powers......
