Crank Grinding question asap

Hi guys doing a build on a bottom end atm, and the block is bare etc.

Now then the crank needs ground and im confused as to the bearings to buy, im most likely buying ACL bearings, rods and mains, now they list an *oversize* & *undersize* so,
do i get the diamiter of the standard crank and oversize bearings take away the diffrence and thats how much can be taken off the crank etc??:?
Or can someone tell me how much to get the crank ground and what size bearings to buy??

get your crank ground 0.25mm, and buy the undersize bearings to go with it.

theyre called undersize but theyre actually thicker to take up the size of the grind.
