Dawes Device fitting?

Preping my car for knockhill this coming Sunday.
Just fitted a walbro 255, delimitter, dials and BOV and I'm now ready to install and setup my Dawes Device.
Do I just remove the in / out from the actuator and by-pass it and T in an aftermarket boost gauge or do I fit it in-line with my actuator?

Place it the correct way round (it's directional) inplace of the Tpiece before the actuator and block of the boost solenoid connection that frees up.

Thanks guys... another question, where should I monitor the boost. i.e plug in a vacuum hose from and to an aftermarket guage.. can I T off after the Dawes, before the intake manifold.

T into the factory boost gauge line. Look on the inner wing by the battery, it's the little plastic box with a rubber hose and an electrical connection.
