De-cat pipe

I'm currently looking at this...

Is it that simple to fit? And also fitting a de-cat pipe does it make my car any worse off petrol wise? Annnnd, being a H reg, my car shouldn't need a CAT to pass it's MOT should it?

It's a piece of **** to fit. Shouldn't make it any worse on fuel. You won't need a cat as it was only from K plate cars onwards.
