A mate sent me this link - sounds a little dubious to me but I filled it in anyway!!

Might just be a way to obtain 1000's of addresses to send junk to!

Well, I went through the T's and C's and everything looks ok. I signed up, just out of interest.

Been posted a couple of times this. Rishi mentioned last time its genuine and some lad off the MLR runs it. I'm a member too.

it is all genuine
its a guy from the mlr thats running it hes just trying to get the numbers to a decent level so he has some bargaining power with the fuel companies etc

i think the idea behind the pipeline card stems from a dutch geezer, basically the card is used as 'bulk buying' of fuel, therefore getting a discount on however much is bought at the forecourt by pipeline card members
