Engine and turbo in...

Spent fri, sat, sun and mon taking out my engine, stripping it, rebuilding the head, putting everything on the uprated block i have and also fitting my new turbo which is a turboforce stage 2 ct26 hybrid (their best/highest spec) which should be able to run 1.8bar and close to 400bhp, and then putting it all back in the car.

Now running the engine in for 1000miles before I fit sard 800cc injectors and a walbro fuel pump. Thens its off to thor racing for a remap.

So the spec is:
Performance Modifications

86.5 JE pistons
New mains, big & thrust bearings - AE
ARP fasteners for the mains & conrods
ARP headbolts
Turboforce Stage 2 Hybrid

Exhaust:
Blitz Nur Spec R,Hyper SR DP, Hyper SR Flexi

Engine Management:
Apexi Power FC, Blitz DSBC Spec R

Fuelling: (not yet fitted)
Walbro 255l/hr fuel pump
Sard 800cc injectors
Swirl pot

Cooling:
ERL Aquamist Water Injection System 1s, Lagged chargecooler

Intake:
Trust Airinx Induction Kit, HKS SSQV BOV,

Transmission:
Clutchmaster FX300 clutch

Ignition:
NGK Iridium Grade & spark plugs

Haha, certainly will mate

Im going working abroad for 2 years in april but will be back quite alot. This means I will need to get myself a cheap runabout. So when I get my cheap runabout it means the gt4 is going on a diet and getting stripped and being used as a toy :twisted: :twisted: :D
