Engine Rebuild

Just looking through some of the paperwork that was with my car when i got it, there is a reciept for a lower engine rebuild by a company called UCS in Milton Keynes, has anybody heard of them? Does anybody know what woulde be ivolved with a lower engine rebuild?

Proberly just changed the main and big end shells and maybe reground the crank the car proberly suffered from low oil pressure or a noisey big end so was rebuilt.
If its done right it should give you a bit of peace of mind knowing that the bottom end is in go nick
