it works v. well, no lag whatsoever, on full boost (1 bar) at approx 3300rpm ish.

should go even better when its setup :D

the pipes are 2" stainless, designed by dodgey tuning ltd. only the one to the intake manifold has a bend (well 2) in it.

just been out, was a bit optimistic on the full boost bit, more like 3700 ish when hitting 1 bar :)

had all 4 wheels spinning up the road tho.... (raining) :twisted:

Looks good, where did u get that rather large bit of sexy carbon from?

took about 3 - 4 days messing around really, i re-routed the hoses to the power steering cooler, cus they were in the way of where i wanted to go through by the side of the rad, i was scratching my head over that for a while :)

the large bit of carbon was left over from a huge 1m x 1.5m 6mm thick piece i bought from playskool when i had me westy, it aint cheap stuff, but playskool do some good prices on sheets.

AFAIK its from an evo 4.

in order to get the pipes running as they are, it had to go a bit lobsided unfortunately. If i had centralized it, it would of really fooked up the pipe run, would of needed more bends.

here what i did with an evo 3 IC think this about the shortest run i could get but might have to raise the pipe up a little above manifold as its melted a little bit of the samco lol

ashills, seeing yours & after looking at loads at donny today, seems mines off an evo 3 aswell, not a 4 as originally thought.

also, our pipe run is nearly the same, apart from mine being a few inches longer than yours :D :D

i wonder whether it would be worth chopping the alloy turbo outlet & fitting a 45deg hose instead of the 1st 90 ??

dont know if it would make any difference, might smooth the flow out a touch?
