Exhaust middle pipe

Hi guys, I have recently bought a mongoose system but have found a sensor going into the old middle-box on mine just before the rear wheels. I don't think it's a lambda as these are normally near the down pipe as far as I know. Any ideas as to what it is as there is no provision for it on the mongoose system and the company I bought it from has no idea either!!

Its a cat temperature sensor matey - you don't need it The idea was basically to tell the driver if the cat was overheating.

On the mongoose there should be a hole to refasten the sensor into, if not, you can just seal it off/cut it off/unplug it.

Nice on Paz cheers. I think mines sorta missin a cat anyway. Think it got whipped off by a rice-boy before it made it over here! I'll do a search and have a look see!
