just a quick question my car has a straight through exhaust and when i first start it up in the morning it chucks out alot of smoke out the back then clears after it has been driven is this normal was told it was just condenation in the exhaust pipe but it does eem to chuck out quite alot of smoke until warm then after that nothing. is this just me being worrying over nothing its just someone said to me the other day it shouldnt be doing it that much

If its white smoke and disappears once the cars warmed up i wouldnt worry about it, its probbly just condensation

When i'd left my car standing a while it chucked out a load of smoke due to oil seeping into the system. Maybe you got a leak somewhere??

yeh its white smoke then after its warmed up it goes cheers for the help

If it's condensation, you shouldn't get so much on warmer mornings and it should disappear fairly quickly, slower on colder mornings.
If it's smoke it will hang around longer before it disappears.

it is def worse now it is cold and goes after warm or couple of mins driving but it does seem like quite alot prob just the cold like you said
