fault code 12

Hi chaps, just done a quick fault code check because the car seems to be runnng a a bit rich and its come up with a 12 . Is this becaus e the other day i accidentaly run the car with the afm disconnected??if so how can i clear the code so i can see if there genuinly something wrong with the afm or its curcuit?

does anybody know the correct voltage range for the afm?

warm engine, a/c off, gearbox neutral:

engine at idle 1.0-1.5V
2000rpm 1.3-1.8V

do you mean 2000rpm matey?

i have a tickover of between 970-1050 rpm will this be ok as it seems a little high to me?
