flashes

Hi I know this is the wrong section mod's so you can move it if you like I'm just after a quick reply to a question.


Does anybody know what 4 flashes of the dash light mean????.

Oh after it has flashed it stay's on to, It's not my car but a man with a pulsar has mailed me for help and he's not on hear.

4 flashes of what? the ecu light?
Only one that could give 4 flashes would be 1-3 engine temperature circuit.

If it's something else it might be to do with an alarm? :?

Cheers mate. I don't know f@ck all about this system haveing a motec and all that . I am just trying to help someone out but as you say if it's 4 flashes it must be engine temp.

Sorry for butting in, if there is extra info you can get from the inj/ign warning light as you said above any chance you could add these to the sticky on fault code procedure in this section.

It means you're engine needs refitting to the car before it will run.
