Front mount With short pipe run

I found this on ebay .By the position of the inlet and outlet lag would be minimal.
Any reason why it coudnt be adapted to fit the r ?

norris design did a similar intercooler kit

you need to somehow lower the radiator a little to allow the plumbing to enter the engine bay.

Yeah Ive seen the norris cooler in another thread it looks good, but for around a £1000 is way to expensive.
The pic above is an rx7 intercooler good for 450bhp ,only £80 deliverd on e-bay.
So all thats needed is the radiator to be lowerd and a custom pipe run could be a very cheap mod
