If your car is running fine then by all means use the FSA but set it at the standard pressure.
if you increase the pressure all it will do is to inject more fuel, ALL the time which isn't good (the excess amount obviously depends on how high you set the pressure)
In other words it'll look pretty but does naff all (in terms of performance).
On the other hand, if you're maxing out the injectors (or close to it) then upping the pressure could help the situation but it's not the best direction to take as you'd be best to keep the pressure standard and upping the size of the injector.
