full boost at what rpm?

what sort of rpm is normal to be hitting 1bar with either a standard turbo and/or a standard ish hybrid?i have some sort of hybrid in mine.not sure on the spec yet.and in 5th i get 1bar just under 4k.with the standard it was about 3750 ish.if im in 3rd and nail it from low rpm im sure its past 4k.is this pretty normal?

I start producing boost at 2750rpm and reach full boost at 3500rpm with standard turbo.

Just to give you an idea, a modern popular choice (3071) will make 1.7 bar @ 3500 rpm on a GTi-R.
