Gear Kn0b recommend?

Got my car with a crappy gear kn0b that was all flimsy and kept coming apart, so ordered a second momo kn0b which just fell apart on me again, pieces of jobby!

so just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a decent strong, sleek lookin gear kn0b? theres just so many of them i dont know where to start lookin so im pretty sure u guys would have weeded out the crap from the good for your own cars
