Gearbox and Diff Oils

Im goin to need to change these oils very soon, and need to know whats the best sort of oil for each area. In a previous post it mentions the Silkolene Syn 5 75w-90 so il most likely use that for the gearbox, but what oil shall i use in the Diffs?

Roughly how much of each shall i get of each, cos i dont wana run short just in case! :roll:

Although it lists a very slightly different spec in the maunal, just about everyone uses the same oil thoughout the transmission.
Gearbox is about 4.3Lt, transfer case about 1.5Lt and rear diff 1Lt.

Silkolene SYN 5 can be used in both as it's a GL4 gearbox and GL5 diff oil.
