anyone know the gear ratios for the RA and RB box?

also what revs does an RA box do in fourth gear at 60mph?

the reason im asking is i think i may have bought another RB box :? , ive not repaired it yet as fifth 'isnt there' does anyone know what revs an ra box does in fourth gear at 60mph? i cant remember what the RB does at this speed

I think the RB is about 3500rpm in 5th, which will be a similar gear to the RAs 4th.


See if you can get any part numbers (doubt it tho) from inside the box if you open it up and I'll see if I can find anything.

It should do nearly 130 mph in 4th if thats any help :lol: Cant remember what 60 is cos i havent driven mine much for a while

well mines is sitting bang on 4000 rpm at 60, revving its guts out. it feels familiar to the RB. i hope ive not bought another one - i wanted something a bit more practical

I can't confirm which one it is. I'd hazard a guess at the RB ratios. There's also a Nismo gearset which is closer still I believe.

but the material look very different from RA as well.

Do you mean the metal the gears are made out of? If so, different in a good way?
