I have uploaded a zip file with the service manual and a few goodies. The zip file contains the following documents:

As a side note, it has come to my attention that links to my previous uploads were shared on other sites. I have no issue with this, after all I don't own the IP to these documents. However please have the curtoisy to acknowledge that I have taken the time to upload these documents. If this happens I reserve the right to be a churlish c*nt and will break the links and create new ones for this thread.
