head gasket sealant (metal gasket)

what sealant do you guys recomend using on a triple layer metal head gasket? (it has a black sealing coating but have been advised alot of people use a smear of sealant aswell...

blue hylomar any good?

I never put any additional sealer on hg's. Ive heard of people using hairspray when re-using an old metal hg.

Blue Hylomar is only used for water leaks, you dont need sealent for metal headgasket but if your certain you want to the weld seal is supposed to be very good if you can find it.
