Help my r is running bad

i have just had my car set up by hiteq. the rolling road grath shows it is good upto 4500rpm but then dies of really bad it should be around 450bhp but only made 320bhp can anyone help me. is it the mapping or something else here is a list of my mods:
Knife edge crank
H section rods
forged pistons
polished and ported head
Hks 264 cams
Hks 1000cc injectors
garrett gt3076r turbo
oz giken twin plate clutch kit
quaife gear box
z32 afm
apexi power fc management
forge front mount intercooler
Hks 280lt fuel pump

has it had the fuel filter replaced :?: was it like this since it was collected from them, is the car showing any faultcodes :?:

Who rolling roaded it, didnt the RR operator make any suggestions on what was going on :?:

Was it rolling roaded by Ian or someone else? As I can't see Ian letting a car out in that condition. It could be worth ringing Ian and speaking to him.

It may have been rolling roaded with an inadequate cooling fan and the ignition was retarded by the ecu to prevent det.

Or something like the MAF or det sensor is now playing up. What does the falult check come up with?
