high idle,miss fire

can any one help! my pulsar idles at 1200 rpm when first started then when it warms up idles at 2k, also when the car is at optimum running temperature its very slugish when boosting up and almost seems like its miss fireing, It doesnt realy get any better till the end of the rev range. Ive changed the leads,plugs,dizzy and rotor and had an emisions test, wich didnt show any abnormalities.
IT pulls quite nicely before the temp gauge reaches half way.

Can you also check the water temp senser through the ECU plug? I have a digram this the correct volts for randome signals comming out of the ECU that you would check with power on and even off.
