horn unit behind steering wheel

Hello has anybody got the unit behind the steering wheel as my horn and wipers have stopped working.I went to get the car mot'd and it thats all it failed on.
I have spoken to nissan and they have checked it over and they said its the unit im after so if any one has one for sale please pm me thanks
