How do i adjust the headlights

Hi,i am wondering if anyone here can help. I would like to know the easiest way to adjust the headlights as one is not alligned correctly and is too low. Can someone here possibly post a pic of the adjuster so i know where to start? Cheers.

park against a wall with your headlights on, the adjuster is a long bolt on the inner side of the headlight. its got a 8mm head on it.
