How do i fit....

I think there bolted mate, cant see any signs of welding

They just bolt on fella .
There are the bolts you can see along the top of the wing plus another 2 behind the door and 2 more at the bottom of the wing under the sill, YOU WILL NEED TO SOAK THESE ONE'S FOR A COUPLE OF DAY'S WITH WD40 AS THERE WILL BRAKE OTHERWISE AND STILL MAY DO EVEN IF YOU SOAK THEM .
Also you will need to remove the front flasher as I think there is a bolt there also I hope this helps you fella .
