How to remove the rear bumper?

Anyone done this before? Will save me a lot of time if anyone here knows.

hi mate ,undo the screws on the return lip of the bumper ,then take up the boot carpet there's two rubber grommets on each side of the boot floor ,pop these out and they'll be 4 bolts under them to undo and then it'll slide straight off
