car still reads in kmp/h any way of telling if its been de-restricted without doin 120+ :?

Quickest and easiest way is to do 120 on a quiet stretch of motorway at night
Or your own airstrip

You will only need to do 112mph really :lol: :lol: as if it is still restricted you wont get past that.

Just need to find a nice stretch of privat runway
