In need of a Bottom End or good solid engine

My cars bottom end has gone has any1 got a forged 1 or standard 1 any info would be greatfull ie sum1 who rebuilds them or deals in engines ect ive had a quote for £3500 only payed £3000 for the car so not looking to spend that much many thanks..james
