intercooler fitting

have just received my front mount intercooler kit the one like the hybrid one

and was wondering if anyone had any fitting instructions as the kit didnt come with one

have a word with jimmybackb mate, he' s recently fitted a hybrid kit, i helped a little and tbh mate its a piece of pi55 as long as you own a grinder :twisted:

ive put a hybrid 1 on mine and that didnt come with any instructions
u have 2 move the battary round abit and get a smaller washer bottle
i got mine of a nova it fits mint hope that helps abit :D

cheers guys the battery is already in the boot and was going to move the washer bottle there aswell

just need to know

which bracket is used where for mounting intercooler

how much of the bumper bar has to be removed

and where the 2 vacuum hoses go that used to go into the topmount

Looks well nice. Where did you get the kit from mate and how much lpies look good in thay colour to. 8)

including cutting the holes and bumper bar and getting stressed out for an hour wen putting the pipes in prob took about 12 hours or there about

kit is the one like the hybrid one from the guy jamie on ebay didnt realise the pipes were going to be that colour

I found when I bolted it to the bumper bar as you have, That I couldn't get the bumper back on. :cry:

if i was the put the bolts on the top any further in i wasnt able to get my bumper on either but where they are just now it seems to fit pretty well.

now just need to find out what i do with that vacuum hose coming from the inlet manifold that used to go into the old intercooler

if anyone knows help would be much apreciated
