intercooler piping...help

hi, i need some advice.....i want to do the pipe run for my fmi and don't know if i should go for stainless steel or aluminium pipework...
which is better?
where can i find them?

After many calls to suppliers ive ended up piping mine in Stainless.The main problem I found is that the aluminium avaliable only comes in 90 deg elbows and straight pipe.The elbows are 3mm wall thickness while the pipe is only 1mm so you get a step on welding.
I bought :- 4x 90 deg elbows
3x 45 deg elbows
1.5 metres of pipe this does the job. all 1.6mm wall thickness
