I got me prob. Well my gaskett on the manifold has gone its not the one that connects to the engine its the lower one. How in the hell do you get to this? do i really have too take the whole front of the car off?

nope, is your answer.

First question is, have you still got air con? If so then it's a ballache if not then it's a piece of pi$$.

Just take both fans off your rad and this should allow you enought room to unbolt the turbo. You have to unbolt your turbo still connected to the manifold. You manifold and turbo can't be split while on the car. You can't physically get round the back of the flange from turbo to mainfold.

Once turbo/manifold are off the car check all gaskets and nuts/studs etc for leaks and get it all done at once.

God damn.
Man this car is so hard to work on. I still got me my air con and this gasskett thingy is really bugging me. So do people remove the air con for this reason? (easier to work on car). or is there some other reason?
