Is this turbo too good to be true?

Hey Folks,

Would love your feedback on this turbo I ran into on e-bay. Any insight would be great. I'm definately looking a T3/T4 turbo but this one is so much cheaper than the Garrett's. Is it a case of you get what you pay for? (oh I already have the t3 manifold)

both links are the same thing

that turbo is huge....it will not spool "quick" and make that kinda power.

Looks like it will make full boost some where near or past 4500rpm...probably closer to 5000rpm because of the sleave bearing.
