Hi Bob put it like this my car is in better shape than me lol

Going to have Lumbar spinal fusion on disc 5, which hell with the nhs that could be next month or in the nxt 5 years. And they have said where i broke my neck the bone growth is a bit risky to look at so im going to leave that one apart from that all is well lol
