ive blew a piston and having forged

ive decided on having forged pistons and a steel head gasket, but while the engines out is there any other modding possibilities so i can get it all done at once while the engines out! :shock: :shock: :shock: :? :? :?

Depends how much power you want and what turbo you got.

I've gone for a bigger turbo and all new shells on bottom end and replace all standard worn parts.

Also, new water pump, get ya oil pump checked, new rubber hoses on the back, new cam chain tensioner, valve stem oil seals, all new gaskets, ARP rod bolts, forged pullies, new engine mounts, new clutch, gearbox rebuild, etc.

the list goes on and on and on........

and that just what i have done!!

ive only got the standard turbo on at the mo but in the future i hope to get a bigger one!

buy the forged pistons and have ur lump rebuilt on a gtir?!?!?!?!

ive just ordered hks pistons and metal head gasket! and its going in for a uni chip, thats about all i can afford at the mo :shock: :shock: :shock:
