Juddering under braking

Had a Godspeed 308mm big disc conversion (OEM calipers) for a few months now. Have been getting judder under braking at various times. Thing is that it seems inconsistent. They are fine up to 60 mph then they judder if braking from 60 mph. Over that though they seem fine again. However, I did have a lot when braking from 100 mph + at the pod.
I didn't think that a seperate bell and disc set up could warp ?! The one thing that I am thinking it could be is that I put copperese between the disc and hub when fitting. Oh, I'm also using green stuff pads and braided lines. Also when braking from very low speed i.e. edging up to a junction, there is a metallic click from the left side as though the pad is moving vertically in the caliper.

Any help would be welcome !

Have you checked the disc run out? I was reading a similar thread to this on Scoobynet (I think), a guy was having problems with a Godsped conversion.
Another thing to check is pad deposits on the disc
Have you checked your wheel bearings are ok?
The clicking could well be the pad moving, or the disc/bell not tight enough

Scoobynet makes interesting reading sometimes. Like Here

This was my problem to a tee!!!!!!!!

I had the Wilwood kit, but it did the same thing. I got a trusted garage to check the brakes and they said the disks were completely shagged (warped and cracked). I replaced them and the car was fine again. I also had the clicking from the left at low speeds as well, but I never got to the bottom of this problem.
